- Provide the Service: generate diagnostic previews and full diagnostics, refinements, PDF exports, and AI chat.

- Operations: maintain reliability, debug issues, and improve product quality.
- Billing: manage coin balance, purchases, coupons, and unlocks.
3. AI and third-party processing
