1. The Service
The Service provides AI-assisted vehicle diagnostic previews, full diagnostic reports, refinements, chat features, and related tools. The Service may use web search and third-party AI providers to generate content.
2. Not professional advice
The Service is for informational purposes only and is not professional mechanical, safety, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it. If your vehicle may be unsafe to drive, stop using it and consult a qualified mechanic immediately.
3. User responsibilities
- Accuracy: you are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit.
- Safe use: you assume all risk when applying any steps, repairs, or recommendations.
- Compliance: you must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prohibited use: you may not abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
4. AI outputs and third-party providers
The Service may use third-party AI models and APIs (including Large Language Models from providers such as Google and others). AI outputs can be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. You acknowledge that any outputs are generated by automated systems and you accept the risks of relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service owner and operators are not responsible for AI outputs, third-party provider behavior, model limitations, transmission of your inputs to providers, or any decisions you make based on outputs.
5. Pricing and coins
The Service uses a coin-based system. Prices may change at any time and will be reflected in the app. Current typical usage costs:
- Diagnosis: 250 coins
- Diagnosis unlock: 250 coins
- AI chat message: 100 coins
Current typical coin packages:
- 1,000 coins: $5.00
- 3,000 coins: $12.00
- 7,000 coins: $25.00
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to Stripe’s terms and policies. We may suspend access if payments are disputed or reversed, where permitted by law.
7. Refunds
Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. If you believe there is an error in billing, contact us.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service owner and operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to the Service in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim (or $10 if you paid nothing).
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service owner and operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for any reason, including suspected abuse or violations.
